Job Description The Director of Sales is responsible for leading the sales team and sales direction for a division/region. This person will also design action plans for the sales team, working closely with Sales Managers to offer support, insight, and plans to meet and exceed sales goals. This person will be responsible for all metrics, tactics, budgeting, and efficiencies of the team while also maintaining and creating customer relationships. Qualifications
