Job Description Summary Enterprise is seeking a Senior Director to manage its national Faith-Based Development Initiative (FBDI) program. The ideal candidate will be a skilled program developer and leader, with experience designing and implementing programs at a regional and national scale. Experience working with faith-based organizations is preferred but not required. The Senior Director will manage the FBDI, a national effort that provides houses of worship with the knowledge and tools to develop underutilized land into affordable homes and community facilities. The FBDI began as a regional effort in 2006 and now supports multi-year cohorts in eleven jurisdictions across the country. The Senior Director will be responsible for a range of duties including program expansion development, program management coordination with regional Enterprise market staff, relationship development and management with regional and national stakeholders, communications strategy development with national Enterprise Communications team members and fundraising in collaboration with national Enterprise Resource Development team members.The position requires the ability to work independently while managing significant and complex priorities. Strong project management skills, judgment, and frequent interaction with all levels of internal and external partners is also required. This position is based in the Washington, D.C. metro region. The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance.
