Qualifications
Position Summary This is an exciting opportunity for the role of HR Business Partner at the Junior level. This position is integral to supporting our HR strategy and ensuring it aligns seamlessly with the business goals of our organization. The HR Business Partner (HRBP) plays a pivotal role in collaborating with line managers and employees across various departments to implement HR programs and initiatives. These initiatives are designed to enhance the employee experience, boost performance, and improve overall organizational effectiveness. As an HRBP, you will be providing day-to-day HR support to different business units, assisting in the resolution of employee relations issues, and contributing to key HR functions such as performance management and compensation. This position not only offers a hands-on approach but also presents ample opportunity for growth within the role. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2 years minimum experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership or Human Resources Manager roles. Strong understanding of HR best practices and labor laws. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and influence decision-making. Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite. Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus. Competencies Strategic Thinking, Relationship Management, Change Management, Analytical Skills, Communication Skills, Conflict Resolution, Employee Engagement, Compliance knowledge.
