Job Description

Eagle Hill is seeking new team members to fill roles on client engagements within our Food and Drug Administration (FDA) account. Qualified applicants will possess a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience and a Bachelor's degree. Applicants hired into these roles would join Eagle Hill at the Consulting Associate level and be staffed on FDA projects, where they would grow their consulting skills through firsthand project delivery and client-facing work. Over time, Associates may transition to other client accounts and sectors. They are expected to gain knowledge of clients and their business problems and contribute to team discussions, analysis, and solutions that help deliver impact for our clients. FDA Consulting Associates will report to project workstream and/or Team Leads and responsibilities could include, but may not be limited to:



  • Supporting the development of client solutions through the full project lifecycle
  • Providing operational and/or project management support to clients
  • Developing and/or contributing to on-time and client-ready communications, presentations, and deliverables
  • Supporting data gathering, analysis and resulting recommendations


Qualifications

What are the Required Qualifications?



  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of two years of work experience
  • Experience with solution-focused problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated excellence in written and oral communications
  • Experience working and building relationships with clients and/or stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently, as well as be a team player
  • Experience managing time, prioritizing, and multi-tasking on projects
  • Proven ability to take initiative on projects
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to the dynamic nature of consulting engagements
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Ability to successfully complete and retain any company, federal, or other background investigations required to perform client work

  • Experience in one or more of the following: strategic communications, project management, data analysis, and/or research



Compensation: A reasonable expectation for a starting salary range is $72,000-76,000 Base
