Primary Purpose of Job

Works in conjunction with the Product Management team to manage the product portfolio and develop new or enhance existing products to meet the Bank's strategic objectives.

Major Job Accountabilities

  • Participates in the development, enhancement, design and implementation of new and existing products.
  • Takes data driven insights to influence the end to end process.
  • Conducts competitive analysis to help position current promotions or product features.
  • Works closely with the Marketing team to develop, enhance or update product support and promotional materials.
  • Contributes to all aspects of product management efforts across the product line.
  • Provides product support to business partners.
  • Conducts ad-hoc financial analyses to support various product efforts.

Experience Required

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working cross functionally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Banking or financial institutions experience is a plus.

Required Skills Or Training

  • Organized, detail-oriented, planner.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with and analyzing data.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
