As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will partner across the organization to make meaningful contributions to our work environment and employee experience. Employee Relations priorities focus on counseling, dispute resolution, HR investigations and fact finding, policy administration, and use of data trends and analytics to improve workplaces. You will serve as the employee relations subject matter expert for our US and Canadian facilities and partner with key stakeholders to implement key initiatives that are aligned to the broader organizational strategy. As part of the Employee Relations Center of Expertise (COE), you will work as a trusted advisor to promote a positive employee experience. Key to success in this role will be the ability to discerns critical employee relations trends or gaps and to use data analytics to improve the employee experience. The Employee Relations Specialist will provide expert policy counseling, partner closely with corporate and field employees, leaders, Corporate Compliance and Legal. The role articulates issues to the business in the form of findings and conclusions so that long-term solutions can be developed and implemented. You will report to the Senior HRBP and work a hybrid schedule in Cranberry Twp, PA.
