Job Summary:



The ACCORDS Learning Health System (LHS) Core provides consultation and research services across the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, including UCHealth and Children's Hospital Colorado. The LHS Core engages with researchers, clinicians and health systems to effectively design, implement, and evaluate embedded health-related programs and interventions with scientific rigor in real-world settings, using sustainable and scalable methods.

This Research Services Professional position will provide critical support and work closely with the LHS Core Program Manager on coordinating and tracking LHS Core operations, consultations, and research service activities across the different projects and activities supported by the LHS Core.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Scheduling, coordinating, and documenting meetings for the LHS core, consultations, and research service partners
  • Updating website and marketing communications
  • Tracking/collating metrics for LHS Core annual reporting
  • Coordinating contracting and regulatory submissions and approvals (e.g., IRB, DUA)
  • Tracking consultation and project status, activities and timelines
  • Other project-specific activities, as needed (e.g., recruiting participants for qualitative interviews)



Work Location:



Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule of both remote and on campus work and as needed for in-person meetings and project needs.

Qualifications:



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • One (1) year clinical research or related experience


Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.

Preferred Qualifications:



  • Masters's degree in public health or similar field
  • One (1) - Two (2) years relevant experience
  • Experience with electronic data capture systems (e.g. EMR or EHR and data management systems)


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:



  • Knowledge and understanding of research regulations
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and orally
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees at all levels throughout the institution
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Demonstrated commitment and leadership ability to advance diversity and inclusion
  • Ability to interpret and master complex research protocol information

Anticipated Pay Range:



The starting salary range for this position has been established as: $51,956 - $66,088

The above hiring range represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation depending on the level.
