Crisis Management Business Continuity (CMBC) Senior Associate

As a CMBC Senior Associate, you will be the lead point of contact for technology vendors and participate in system design, administration, and maintenance activities. You will design and implement technology solutions to align with CMBC program goals and strategy, configure technology for crisis management, business continuity, and emergency response, and partner with vendors and internal teams on planning, implementation, and testing. You will validate and document results, evaluate feedback, and assess technology enhancements and opportunities.

Your responsibilities will include conducting research, gathering requirements, identifying risks, and providing recommendations. You will conduct quality assurance, provide technical support, and assist CMBC managers during event response. You will monitor the business continuity hotline, assess technology processes, and gather documentation and reporting. Additionally, you will provide training, develop technical documentation, respond to complex system issues, manage onboarding and education of CMBC team members globally, and communicate project status and risks to senior managers. You will also capture project information and develop reports and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of CMBC standards and best practices or true desire to learn.

  • You are naturally curious and have a strong desire to learn about both current and new enterprise technologies.

  • You are detail-oriented and have conscious processes in your current position that demonstrate a commitment to accuracy.

  • You've always loved researching and cross-referencing different sources of information to uncover gaps and discrepancies.

  • You appreciate the sense of accomplishment achieved when you solve a problem using your good judgment.

  • By asking great questions and bouncing ideas off others, you proactively share your perspective.

  • You're a skilled communicator and thrive in team settings by being authentic, respectful, and engaging.

  • You're proficient with Microsoft Suite (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).

Orange County Base Salary Range: $78,567-$125,707

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
