Maintenance Technician

Job Overview

The maintenance technician position is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the site's business goals and objectives.

A Day In The Life


  • Maintain and repair plant manufacturing equipment using mechanical and electrical knowledge





  • Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems and mechanical equipment by using blueprints, schematics, multi-meter, and other specialty tools





  • Formulate and implement repairs using sound judgment and best known practices





  • Document preventive maintenance, predictive maintenance, and other recordkeeping utilizing the Computerized Maintenance Database System





  • Upkeep of plant infrastructure and subsystems including bulk gas and compressed air distribution systems


  • Develop and implement improvement ideas

What will help you thrive in this role?


  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree in related field is preferred





  • Minimum 5 years of related maintenance experience or demonstrated abilities in mechanical/electric/hydraulic systems, including troubleshooting and repair
