Compensation Range:

Anticipated Base compensation rate is in the range of $71,760.00 - $80,500.00 / Year depending on qualifications and experience.

Expectations:

The Office Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site ensuring efficient and effective operations and coordinating all issues affecting the daily operations of the site including staffing and scheduling of staff, managing the site budget, and ensuring the Foundation and office policies and procedures are followed. The Office Manager holds all staff accountable to a patient centered culture ensuring that the organizations goals and objectives are met. The Office Manager works closely with the Physician Manager under minimal supervision of their Director.

EDUCATION:
BA or BS in a related field or equivalent required.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING:
Experience in clinical setting. Three to five years' experience managing a medical office. Previous management experience that included entry-level financial responsibility. Experience building and motivating a team to accomplish desired goals.

Experience in a pediatric clinic is highly preferred.

LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Required:
Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association

SKILLS:
Requires excellent managerial skills including organizational and communication skills. Ability to handle multiple projects while being mindful of priorities and deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Ability to maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information. Ability to maintain professional demeanor when dealing with employees, providers, and patients.
