Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Wisconsin.
Workforce Scheduling EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in related field. In lieu of degree, five (5) years exempt level healthcare industry experience will be considered. LICENSING/CERTIFICATION State of Arkansas Health and Life Insurance License or obtain within three months of hire. EXPERIENCE Minimum one (1) year experience making formal presentations; preferably presenting reports, analysis and data interpretation to internal and external customers. (Presentation required as part of the hiring process) Experience in health insurance or employee benefits is preferred. ESSENTIAL SKILLS & ABILITIES Customer-Oriented Ability to analyze a problem and develop a solution. Ability to comprehend vast combinations of data to analyze and communicate information and recommended action steps. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. This position is identified as level three (3). This position must ensure the security and confidentiality of records and information to prevent substantial harm, embarrassment, inconvenience, or unfairness to any individual on whom information is maintained. The integrity of information must be maintained as outlined in the company Administrative Manual. Segregation of DutiesSegregation of duties will be used to ensure that errors or irregularities are prevented or detected on a timely basis by employees in the normal course of business.
