Description The Change Management Program Manager will play a key role in ensuring projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change - including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The Change Management Program Manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Qualifications Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Required)

Minimum Work Experience
5 years Five or more years of experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process;
Experience with large-scale organizational change efforts

Functional Accountabilities
Strategy & Implementation
  • Apply a structured change management methodology to lead and execute change activities across the hospital.
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies tailored to projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
  • Integrate change management activities, including communication and training, into broader project plans and monitor progress, adjusting as necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership Support
  • Engage and coach senior leaders to ensure active sponsorship and leadership throughout change initiatives.
  • Provide consultation and coaching to project teams, managers, and supervisors to build change management capabilities.
  • Manage and engage key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, readiness, and engagement throughout the change process.
  • Support communication and training efforts, ensuring clear and consistent messaging to staff.
Risk Mitigation, Resistance Management & User Readiness
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks related to change initiatives, developing risk mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Proactively identify and manage resistance to change, implementing strategies to reduce disruptions and ensure smooth adoption.
  • Evaluate user readiness and engagement, adjusting strategies to ensure staff are prepared and equipped for the change.
Evaluation, Metrics & Organizational Support
  • Define and measure success metrics for change initiatives, monitoring progress and adjusting strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Track and report issues related to the change process, providing updates to senior leadership.
  • Support organizational design efforts, including role definition and clarity, in collaboration with other departments.
  • Coordinate with other specialists (e.g., HR, IT, clinical teams) to ensure integrated and collaborative change management across the hospital.
