Responsibilities

Your Role and Responsibilities:

* Assist in monitoring student attendance, ensuring students are engaged and on track in their studies.
* Student advocate "Liaison" for grievance and complaints. Be a compassionate advocate for our students, helping resolve any issues they may face.
* Achieving retention and re-entry goals, contribute to our mission by helping students stay on their educational path.
* Advise students on consecutive absence issues, work closely with students to find satisfactory resolutions.
* Provide assistance in various areas, help students access childcare, transportation, financial advisement, protective and legal aid services, and effective study/tutoring services.
* Liaise between faculty and students, foster effective communication and advising activities.
* Maintain knowledge of school catalog and policies, ensure students are informed and supported.
* Develop and oversee campus activities, create a vibrant student community, including orientation facilitation.
* Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Student Affairs and/or Campus President.

* Bachelor's degree required: Your education background is essential in this role.
* Strong oral communication skills: Effective communication is key to student support.
* Knowledgeable in human dynamics: Understanding the needs and challenges of our students.
* Strong organizational skills: Managing various aspects of student affairs.
* Ability to interact effectively: Build relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
* Strong telephone communication skills: Connecting with students and addressing their needs.
