The Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy seeks a Project Administrator who is organized, diligent, curious, and capable of a wide range of administrative tasks. This role will support university research center operations and events for the CMU/NIST AI Measurement Science and Engineering Cooperative (AIMSEC) Research Center and a collection of related research initiatives. In this role, you will report to the AIMSEC executive director and collaborate with them and the faculty director to provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient execution of tasks, programming, and events. Additional Information: Work Posture: This position is operating on a full-time schedule, with an on-campus/in-office presence 5 days a week. Work Schedule: This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week), exempt position based in Pittsburgh, PA. Fixed Term: This is a fixed-term position with an estimated duration through September 30, 2026, with the possibility of continuation based on performance and funding.
