Our Iola area client is searching for a meticulous and quality-focused 2nd shift Quality Technician to join their production team. In this role, you will play a vital role in ensuring their products meet the highest standards, from raw materials to finished goods. Hours: Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-11:00pm Responsibilities: Conduct inspections of plastic parts throughout the production process, including receiving, in-process, and final inspections Utilize calipers, gauges, and other measuring equipment to verify parts meet dimensional specifications and tolerances Perform visual inspections to identify defects such as surface imperfections, color variations, or improper assembly Analyze test results and maintain inspection records according to established quality control procedures Identify and document non-conforming materials or parts Work collaboratively with production personnel to identify and resolve quality issues Assist with the implementation of corrective and preventative actions to improve quality control processes Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols May be required to operate basic testing equipment following established procedures Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or quality control environment Understanding of plastic materials and manufacturing processes a plus Experience with inspection tools and techniques Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow directions and adhere to established protocols To Apply: Please submit your resume to stevenspoint@flexstaff.com or apply on-line at www.flexstaff.com #StevensPoint1 Flex-Staff is an Equal Opportunity Employer, which includes providing equal opportunity for protected veterans and individuals with disabilities.
