Job Posting: We are seeking a talented, creative and motivated Associate Art Director with a strong focus on denim apparel to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of fashion trends, a keen eye for design, and the ability to translate that expertise into compelling visual stories. They will have strong leadership abilities and a passion for creating visually impactful campaigns. You will support the Global Marketing Creative Director and collaborate closely graphic designers, copywriters, and other stakeholders to develop and execute creative concepts that will execute against the brands creative vision. Responsibilities: Create creative Concepts: Work closely with the Global Marketing Creative Director and creative team to develop innovative and visually exciting concepts for various projects, including brand photoshoots, advertising campaigns, branding, digital content and various creative projects across the brand. Design guardian: Collaborate with a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the highest quality of work. Review and approve design materials before final delivery. Editing photo and video content: Work collaboratively with marketing departments to edit, select, refine and retouch content to execute against business's seasonal needs. Ensuring content reflects positively against the original brief. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, product, and Comms, teams to ensure creative deliverables meet the needs of various departments and align with broader business objectives. On Location: Assist with the on-location and studio photoshoots, working with marketing teams, photographers, DPs and style teams to ensure projects are being executed against original creative brief. Team/Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal stakeholders or partners to present concepts, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to meet project goals. Requirements: Experience: 5 years of experience in a design/art directing role. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), PowerPoint, etc. Strong understanding of style, typography, color, composition and video. Obsessed with creation, design and style. Show a strong portfolio of previous concepts and executions within the fashion industry. Flexible: The ability to quickly change direction if commercial needs change. Leadership Abilities: Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and collaborator with a team of creatives, providing clear direction and constructive feedback. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels. Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Commercially focused: Good business acumen with a product first - sell-out focused mindset. Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
