All About The Role:

In the Talent Acquisition team, people are our passion and priority. We plan and execute all aspects related to a candidate's journey, starting from the very beginning with sourcing and interviewing talent to offer process and onboarding. We ensure that ethics, equal opportunity and diversity are not just theoretical concepts but implemented in everything we do. As part of the Talent Acquisition team in Charlotte, you will partner with Corporate Functions, such as Product Line, R&D, IT, etc., etc. to recruit talent that supports will support our digital transformation initiative across our organization. You will have the opportunity to partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners across the North American region, as well from other international locations. We are looking for someone who has a passion for technology recruiting, curiosity for process improvement and the desire to develop talent strategies.

What You'll Do:

As the Talent Acquisition Partner in the Charlotte office, you will be responsible for proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing qualified STEM talent. On a day-to-day basis you will also be responsible for partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to educate them on the talent acquisition process. Who You Are:

  • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing boards
  • Skilled talent advisor with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • You have experience leveraging HR Technologies (ATS, CRMs, job boards, AI) to support your talent acquisition strategy. Experience using Workday (ATS module) is a plus.
  • Skilled talent advisor with the ability to influence stakeholders
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
  • Ability to source passive and niche candidates using technology based recruiting techniques
  • Strong interpersonal, persuasive, and presentation skills

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years recruiting experience required, specifically 2 years in technical recruiting required
