We are currently seeking a Team Member Relations Leader that will serve as a partner and coach to managers and the Human Resources talent team. This role serves as a go-to-person for escalated issues, concerns, and complaints, and works to manage, improve, and protect team member and people leader relationships. The incumbent provides high-level HR guidance and serves as a strategic advisor on team member relations, compliance, and ADA/FMLA. This position also requires monitoring and interpretation of state laws to ensure Old National stays within compliance. This role may have other responsibilities and projects assigned. Salary Range The salary range for this position is $81,700 - $165,100 per year. Final salary will be determined based on factors such as location, experience, skills and qualifications.
