Job Summary

The Equipment Services Supervisor is responsible for managing the staff of 15 - 20 Customer Scheduling Specialists who handle dispatching and routing of technicians to service calls using SAP software called CONA. Oversees the work of employees and ensures compliance with company policies, practices, and procedures. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and department procedures within the area of supervision and can implement changes to policy procedure and practices on very short notice. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.

Duties and Responsibilities


  • Management of staff to include coaching and development, and championing staffing suggestions




  • Ability to understand the principles and practices of how to measure and influence the productivity of technicians and customer scheduling specialists




  • Ability to utilize resources most efficiently while controlling payroll costs




  • Monitor process compliance by analyzing and trending field service data




  • Communicates and makes recommendations to Field Support Management in support of productivity measures and total customer satisfaction




  • Contributes to, participates in and assists in the team effort of training, development and evaluation of new personnel, cross training of experienced personnel and the continuing training of all personnel.


Education Requirements

High School or GED- with 5 years of supervision of teams in excess of 10.

4 Year / Bachelors Degree- with 2years of supervision of teams in excess of 10.

Years of Experience

2-5 years of managing at team of 10 or more

Required Travel

Travel is not expected in this job, however, employees may be asked to travel for meetings or training on occasion.

Hybrid Work Environment

CCBSS operates a hybrid working environment. This is a teleworking role that requires working at a CCBSS office location on a regular basis (or a minimum number of days per month or week) at the manager's discretion. The number of days required at a CCBSS office location is at the manager's discretion and is subject to change depending on business needs.
