Here's what you'll do:

  • Component Engineer who will have the opportunity to join a team of highly competent engineering professionals involved in the design, development, and support of Digital and RF/Microwave Products.
  • The engineer will be responsible for ensuring the electrical components in the modules meet the highest reliability requirements as well as the product life cycle requirements.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $54.00 /Hour

Hours: 4/10A-1st Shift

Length: Contract (12 months)

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Component Engineering or obsolescence management
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with PTC windchill for BOM (Bill of Material) development and management.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with Parts Standardization application and technology insertion within the design process.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience with creation of Part control Drawings (SCD, VID).
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of component selection, screening, qualification, and derating for use in military, and aerospace flight applications.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of circuit card and EEE Parts Material manufacturing processes.
  • Function as an experienced component technologist, responsible for the life cycle of electronic components.
  • Ability to multi-task, handle shifting priorities and timeline pressure to meet project deadlines.

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
