Sr SharePoint Developer Washington DC | Hybrid Salary from $140,000/yr + MUSTS: Experienced Sr SharePoint Developer Active DoD Secret clearance 7+ years of development experience with SharePoint Development 4+ years of strong hands on development experience HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and PowerShell Experience with SharePoint site creation, branding, and customization using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery. Proven experience in developing custom workflows, forms, and reports using SharePoint Designer, Power Automate, Power BI, and InfoPath Experience in integrating third-party applications and services with SharePoint Experience with version control and source code management tools (e.g., Git, TFS) Experience working with MS Dynamics is a plus Experience creating reports and solutions with Office 365 and Azure cloud environments is a plus Strong communication skills including written and verbal Ability to speak at a high level with customer Ability to oversee multiple projects and work with other developers is a must Bachelor's Degree in related field or additional years of experience DUTIES: The ideal candidate will be working as part of an agile team helping to create data tools for the business analyst team provides Lead the design, customization, and deployment of SharePoint sites, including both SharePoint Online and On-Premises environments Provide strong SharePoint development support Support SharePoint administration tasks, including user permissions, site collection management, and metadata configuration Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper configuration and optimization of SharePoint environments Build data-driven solutions with Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation Provide guidance on the use of modern SharePoint site features and web parts Supporting security, enterprise level architecture, enterprise systems, and internal operations Deploying applications in the cloud Actively participate in Agile Scrum activities, including sprint planning, task estimation, daily standups, and retrospectives Work in an Agile environment, leading development efforts for multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SharePoint sites and related applications Address and resolve user-reported issues related to SharePoint functionality and workflows Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
