Our Jail Based Services team is seeking an experienced Case Manager to serve justice-involved clients who have been dually diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness as well as a substance use disorder, severe. This is a full-time position in Littleton, CO, working with the Douglas County Sheriff's office Monday - Friday supporting about 40 clients. Job Purpose: * Conduct intake appointments with new WC applicants to determine their needs and design a case plan to work toward meeting these unmet needs. Key Technical Skills and Knowledge: Experience: Skills/knowledge: Ability to meet minimum productivity and reporting requirements including but not limited to: *********Must possess own transportation, have a good driving record, a valid driver's license, and proof of insurance. Hourly Rate: $25.75 an hour The base salary range represents the low and high end of the AllHealth Network salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to experience, education, training, merit, and the ability to embody the AllHealth Network mission and values. The range listed is just one component of AllHealth Networks' total compensation package for employees.
