Department:HORT | Center for Arkansas Farms and FoodDepartment's Website: The Business Educator will i) teach the business curriculum in the CAFF programs, ii) coordinate with legal partners on the legal curriculum, and iii) identify sources of and implement pathways for participant financial aid. They will also lead the collection of metrics for educational and programs. They will work closely with other CAFF team members to coordinate education plans and scheduling and enhance participant learning. They will support the CAFF director and UA faculty in monitoring progress and achievement of CAFF goals and work to build relationships with outside resources. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits through the University of Arkansas. The position is time-limited, ending December 31, 2028, with the potential for continuation. Other team members include UA faculty and staff and as well as several regional partners. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in agribusiness, economics, finance or related business field, plus three years of relevant professional experience.
