A Quality Engineer job is currently available at Belcan in Windsor, CT. This is a full-time direct job with benefits. Great matching candidates will have at least two years' experience in Quality Nonconformance or Manufacturing and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. You will be working closely with the aerospace component development process relating to gas turbine engines.

Job Duties:
* Use SAP to retrieve Quality Nonconformance information of manufactured parts.
* Review Nonconformance of parts.
* Review print requirements.
* Perform geometric tolerance studies.
* Perform structural analysis hand calculations.
* Look up and review prior history of Nonconformance.
* Create disposition package of QN and give recommendation.
* Peer review of disposition packages prior to submittal to customer.
* Close out of package and tasks in SAP

Required Qualifications:
* Two or more years of experience in Quality Nonconformance or Manufacturing.
* Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
* Proficiency in technical documentation and print reading as well as GD&T.
* Gas turbine engine experience.
* Ability to work within an integrated product development team.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* US Citizen required due to nature of work.

Compensation:
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary rate of $70,000 to $110,000 however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. Benefits offered may include health care, dental, vision, life insurance; 401(k); education assistance; paid time off including PTO, holidays, and any other paid leave required by law.'
