As a Renewal Sales Specialist you will be responsible for the generation of revenue through maintenance and subscription renewals and upselling of additional services. This will be accomplished through the contact and building of relationships with existing customers in order to renew contracts and identify opportunities for up selling through calling campaigns and email communication. This is a customer facing sales role assigned to a specific territory demanding interaction with multiple levels of leadership within small/mid-size financial institutions, as well as, enterprise and national accounts. Additionally, you are responsible for providing sales forecasts, obtaining quotes, performing customer research online, and updating/maintaining records in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This is a hybrid/flexible position with both remote work and work from our office based in North Canton, Ohio.
