Reporting to the Director, M&A and Ventures C&LCS, this role will stress test business cases, valuations and M&A proposals. This role will manage transactions and activities for the C&LCS business unit. They will work directly with C&LCS' business team, with a focus on the origination, approach, and relationship building of prospective targets, development and execution of target company acquisitions, partnerships or divestitures of current operations, and assessment of financial and business merits of transactions. They will also work closely and collaborate with the Strategic Planning & Transactions leaders as well as Business leaders and cross functional teams to identify target acquisition opportunities, drive the transaction, manage the due diligence team, and assist in conducting negotiations with third parties through to closing. This role will assist in the planning of post-deal integration initiatives for JVs and acquisitions, ensuring seamless operational and financial synergy. The role is based in Houston.
