MRA (The Management Association) offers over 80 networking groups, or roundtables, across the Upper Midwest serving nearly 1,300 participants. MRA is seeking a Roundtable Administrative Coordinator to join the team that provides operations support for our roundtable (RT) groups and Society of Human Resource Professionals (SHRP) RT.

As a Roundtable Administrative Coordinator, you will oversee the administration of RTs, including the planning of these monthly events while ensuring they meet budget and program objectives, including retaining existing and attracting new members.

We are currently seeking to fill a 20 hours per week, Roundtable Administrative Coordinator role in the Waukesha, WI area. In this role, you are a key player on the RTs team at MRA!

As a Roundtable Administrative Coordinator at MRA, you get to:



  • Ensure RT groups are promoted effectively, renewal processes are implemented, and member inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Provide written and verbal administrative support including sending meeting notices and reminders, preparation of materials, communicate details to facilitators, article selection, special requests, etc.
  • Track and monitor key metrics used to meet MRA and RT objectives.
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with members, facilitators, and other MRA staff who assist RTs in achieving its goals.
  • Provide logistics support and advice for meetings including venue selection, hotel negotiation and set-up, food and beverage, presentation materials, written communications, speaker, and facility needs, etc.
  • Conduct targeted remarketing efforts to increase enrollment in RTs with lower participation levels.
  • At end of season, assist with the preparation and process of surveys to participants to provide analysis of trends and obtain feedback on RTs and facilitators.
  • Suggest ways RTs can improve how existing services are delivered and the addition of new offerings.
  • Other duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications:



  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in office/customer service roles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (5+ years).
  • Proficient with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and CRM and LMS software.
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce, Docebo, Sogolytics, Survey Monkey or similar.
  • Preferred: Experience researching speakers, venues, travel, catering, and facilitator materials.
  • Valid driver's license.

The approximate pay range for this position is $19.50-25/hour for MRA's Waukesha Wisconsin location. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on factors, including but not limited to the individual's qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as physical work location within the state.
