The Onsite Health Coach Manager will provide oversight and direct health coaching to a team of clinical professionals that require education/certification/licensure outside the scope of a registered nurse. Direct oversite includes dietician, nutritionist, health education, kinesiology, and exercise physiology. Health coach, health educators and health advocate roles that do not require a RN licensure would be included in this function. The manager role will participate in the guidance of team members, as well as interventions to the membership. Direct health coaching is responsible for establishing personal wellness plans focusing on a members living healthier lifestyles. This role will provide telephonic, online or in person support to members while assisting them to establish wellness goals. Primary Responsibilities: Management
