Position Summary: Finance Business Partner for a L'Oreal USA Consumer Products Division brand that covers the Maybelline and Essie brands and a key member of their leadership team. This position is responsible for budget, trend, three-year plan and actual reporting of profit and loss results and accurate management of the balance sheet. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, creating/updating budget and trend documentation for presentation to senior management, long term strategic planning with Head of Marketing, and P&L scenarios for new/ discontinued/ promotional products, serving as the primary contact with the marketing teams and all division support groups concerning planning and reporting financial activities, and ensuring compliance of financial procedures as they relate to planning and reporting information/ activity. Additional Benefits Information As Follows: Salary Range: $138,500 - $200,800 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
