Position Title: Assembly Wage: $16.00/hour Shift: 2nd or 3rd Hours: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm or 10:00 pm - 6:00 am Looking to work for a manufacturing company that cares about you? Assembly Responsibilities: - Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, blueprint specifications, and parts lists - Gather parts, subassemblies, tools and materials - Position parts and subassemblies by using templates or reading measurements - Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit; fastening parts and subassemblies - Verify specifications by measuring completed component Requirements for Assembly: - Previous manufacturing experience is a plus - Strong basic math skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Able to efficiently work in a team and coordinate work with other departments - Aptitude to take orders and execute the same efficiently - Demonstrated detail orientation, self-motivation skills, and ability to multi-task - Good dexterity QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the Midwest.
