Distribution Administrator - Cycle Counter

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Cycle Counter to join our team. This role involves compiling and maintaining accurate records of material quantities, types, and values specific to our operations. The Cycle Counter will be responsible for comparing physical inventory counts to recorded totals, verifying computations, and making necessary adjustments. In the event of discrepancies, the individual will investigate root causes and provide detailed reports to ensure accuracy and resolve issues efficiently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Investigates errors found in inventory balances.
• Contacts any person affected by the discrepancy and explains the way the problem will be corrected.
• Performs cycle counts on predetermined group of parts in Stores inventory, Finished Goods inventory and work-in-process.
• Facilitates root cause investigations with respective departments.
• Performs audits for Buyer-Planners on questionable balances.
• Deletes any T-8 numbers determined to be obsolete by Materials Coordinator.
• Performs Oracle adjustments per established guidelines.
• Resolves errors in work-in-process inventory locations with facilitators to maintain inventory accuracy at targeted levels.
• Performs other duties as required and assigned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 0-1+ years working in a manufacturing facility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Inventory Management experience
• Oracle Experience
