Overview SUMMARY OF POSITION The Regional Sales Manager - West directs all field sales activities within the respective sales region. This position recommends staffing and supervises training for field sales personnel; manages the regional sales force to meet or exceed company objectives as well as make recommendations regarding sales policies, pricing, sales quotas, territories, distribution, and compensation; develops short-term and long-term regional sales objectives and assists in developing sales forecast data. This position should be located in southern CA. Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned
