Our Company The Opportunity Adobe's Digital Media Sales Strategy & Operations team strives to achieve operational excellence and efficiency for our B2B sales teams through strategic product roadmaps and AI-driven initiatives. Our team's mission includes accelerating sales velocity through advanced Sales Systems & Tools, designing innovative operating models, and implementing sales efficiencies across global support functions. This Product Manager role focuses on large-scale, enterprise-wide ground-breaking CRM and tools initiatives, starting with our high-priority Microsoft Dynamics migration. What You'll Need to Succeed
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
