Who We Are
We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open. Why Intern with the USTA? We are a passionate team of staff and volunteers focused on growing the sport of tennis and making it accessible to all. The RoleThis is an 8-week program from June 10th - August 13th. Working hours: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM ESTHybrid schedule: Must be capable to work on-site 2-3 days per week at the National Campus - Orlando Hourly rate: $16.00The Adult Competition Summer Intern will gain hands-on experience across various program types under Adult Competition, including USTA Leagues, Adult Tournaments, ITF Masters Tour World Championship Teams, and Adult Red Ball/Social Play. This internship offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects that provide insight into the operations and strategies behind USTA programming. The intern will have the chance to contribute both collaboratively and independently, fostering professional growth and understanding of USTA's mission to grow the sport of tennis.
Assist with the organization and execution of USTA Adult League programming, including logistics, scheduling, and communication.
