Your tasks The Cycle Counter is responsible for performing and monitoring inventory cycle counts production, WIP, and finished goods warehousing and ensures materials align with the declared lists and documents, maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy and integrity. Conducts regular cycle counts of inventory in production, WIP, and finished goods storage areas. Verifies inventory quantities against SAP system reports to identify and resolve discrepancies. Documents and reports count results accurately and in a timely manner. Communicates discrepancies or concerns for further analysis and corrective actions. Ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations. Supports annual inventory process. Other duties as assigned. Your profile Required Skills/Abilities: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting and recording inventory. Basic proficiency with SAP or other inventory management systems. Familiarity with warehouse operations, including the use of weigh scales and forklifts. Good communication skills. Ability to work independently and follow established inventory processes. Basic math skills to verify counts and weights. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in inventory control, warehousing, or a related field preferred. Experience operating forklifts and working with inventory management systems is a plus. Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: Exposure to machine noise. Typical office/factory environment with possibility of exposure to heat in production area. Working conditions are normal for a high-volume manufacturing environment. Work may involve lifting of materials and product up to 50 pounds and working in and around heavy equipment. Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, and work boots. This role may require walking for long periods of time in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment. May involve working at heights to access inventory locations.
