FTE: 1.0 Shift: Days Work Schedule: Days, Core Business Hours Position Summary The Payroll Analyst position has primary responsibility for development, maintenance and reporting functions of MHS payroll systems. This includes but is not limited to: ongoing maintenance of software; pay policies, organization set up, scheduler set up, access profiles, calendar views and clock device groups. This position creates and troubleshoots custom reports using the Crystal Reports and implements established control procedures. In addition, this position assists in account reconciliation, resolution of employee discrepancies, tax reporting, garnishments, balancing payroll runs. Work situations are varied and require analytical skills, problem solving using critical thinking skills, organization, prioritization, integrated system knowledge, process flows, attention to detail, and good judgment.Requirements

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $72,883.00 - $100,672.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
