As a Product Manager on the Global Aladdin Platform team, you will partner with the Macquarie Asset Management business and lead end-to-end solution delivery

What role will you play?

In this role, you will design end-to-end Aladdin solutions and workflows tailored to business challenges, aligning with Macquarie's strategic goals and long-term architecture vision. You will analyse business products, workflows, data and issues to integrate with and support the Aladdin platform. Additionally, you will work with the Aladdin Product Owner, software engineers, business stakeholders and enterprise architects to deliver solutions and maintain consistency across the organization, ensuring alignment with the overall enterprise architecture and technology strategy.
Salary range for this position: $155,000 to 200,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.

What you offer

  • A minimum of 5+ years experience with Aladdin is required with experience across asset classes and supporting the full trade life cycle. Strong knowledge of Aladdin configuration, packages, capabilities to design solutions meeting business requirements alongside technology integration.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in configuring, designing and delivering complex, large-scale solutions within the financial services industry, or a similar domain.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage analysis and delivery of end-to-end solutions leveraging platforms and tools to solve specific business problems effectively.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical challenges and their solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and a passion for working with cross-functional teams and leading discussions to drive successful outcomes.
  • Ability to engage with senior business leaders, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with business goals.
  • Experience with SaaS / cloud platforms, microservices architectures, DevOps practices, and product ownership / platform support. Familiarity with AWS, GCP as well as eFront or similar asset management platforms is highly desirable
