Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Enterprise Traffic Coordinator! We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to support our Enterprise Directors in driving business growth. In this role, you will prepare impactful Quarterly Business Reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze data, ensure compliance, and proactively address challenges. You will need strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce, and a positive, can-do attitude.

What You'll Do:



  • Prepare and deliver impactful Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to Enterprise Directors by meticulously analyzing data on Opportunities Open, Installations, Compliance, Utilization, and Service.
  • Act as a liaison between our Enterprise team and other departments (Installation, Customer CARE, Compliance, Accounting) to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to accurately price Add-Ons, Enhancements, and other modifications.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and jurisdictions for multi-site proposals.
  • Accurately input data into our internal systems, ensuring data integrity and alignment with business goals.
  • Identify and resolve potential roadblocks proactively to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.


What You'll Bring:



  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and Salesforce.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.

Approximate Hourly Range is $31-$36/hour. Compensation is determined based on experience, skillset, travel, and geographical location.
