As an Analyst on our team, you will help design, implement, and execute on strategic projects that drive DaVita's multi-year growth. You will combine aspects of Finance, Growth, and Strategy to critically think through complex problems and help solve critical business issues that impact our short-term & long-term goals. On our team, we will ask you to use your analytical mindset to push forward and make recommendations on important Village initiatives. We then will ask you to use your relationship building skills to implement your ideas with cross-functional partners. You will work with a team to help deploy your findings across the Village. Your work will be visible to senior leadership, and you'll be expected to support your findings with senior leadership. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Analytics Strong foundation in quantitative concepts (e.g. financial, statistical, forecasting, etc.) Ability to simplify complex or ambiguous financial, business and operational problems through hypotheses-based analytical frameworks Desire to challenge status quo, ask provocative questions, and develop recommendations Knack for quickly internalizing how business processes work and the role that people play within the Village Accountability Deliver on-time, accurate, and meaningful insights to help drive strategic decision making by our senior executives Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, identifying and acting on most important business problems to solve Drive actionable recommendations from synthesis of insights that push partners to differential results or new strategies Appropriately manage potential roadblocks proactively identifying, communicating, and solving issues Communication Prioritize communications to focus on most critical information with a bias towards action Contribute to effective communication including insights and progress towards results Team Contribute to a team environment of trust and learning with multi-directional feedback Partner with Operations, Strategy, & other stakeholders to drive results and maintain credibility Development Aggressively pursue professional development opportunities available to DaVita Teammates Ability to quickly act on tactical feedback and develop over time Desired Qualifications: Ability to critically think through business and operational problems and leverage data to help drive solutions Desire to build processes, develop recommendations, and implement solutions to help grow our business Able to prioritize multiple tasks, identifying and acting on most important business problems to solve Ability to take constructive feedback and quickly implement into your work Intellectually curious, strong desire to learn, and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment Ability to build relationships across DaVita with cross-functional partners Willingness to learn and development technical skills with programs like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other helpful programs Bachelor's degree in quantitative field (e.g. finance, economics, mathematics, engineering, etc.) 0-2 years professional experience in analytics / finance / project management #LI-JS3 At DaVita, we strive to be a community first and a company second. Salary/ Wage Range $55,000.00-$75,500.00 / year Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
