Our Company The GenStudio design team seeks a Sr Staff Designer to help us harness the power of creation, marketing, and analytics tools through developing new Gen AI powered marketing workflows. As an integral member of this team, you will push the boundaries of what's possible today, keeping a keen focus on enterprise customers, our strategic business priorities, and the changing landscape of Gen AI driven marketing. As a design member, you will be an integral part of crafting and improving existing Adobe products helping our team expand beyond the traditional set of Adobe tools. You will partner with product teams and influence product development by defining the right problems to tackle, provide design and interaction explorations. We have an outstanding team of designers, product managers and engineers who are eager to work with you to deliver relevant, user-centric experiences for our whole ecosystem that is enjoyed and relied upon by creative users every day. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $157,300 -- $292,200 annually. Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
