We collaborate with many key stakeholders across the enterprise and provide solutions that enable leaders to effectively drive the business.The Finance Manager role will play a lead role in evolving the current performance management system for the SLT. Our solutions blend cloud-based data management (Azure / Snowflake / Databricks / Fabric), interactive dashboards (PowerBI / HTML), and automation tools (PowerAutomate / Python) to empower leaders with robust information in one single place. We stay on the cutting edge of industry trends / innovations and are currently working to incorporate AI into this suite of materials. These world-class products help leaders at all levels deliver on key results. Our industry and leaders move fast, and you'll get to develop solutions that enable that growth. This role is heavily geared towards the technical solutioning aspect of the team. You're someone that: *Is equally comfortable driving conversations with business leaders to understand pain-points / requirements as you are in solution design conversations with engineering teams *Is a dynamic, non-linear thinker that approaches problems holistically. You proactive consider multiple approaches to solutioning and can rationalize decision-making through pros / cons of alternative options *Is aggressively growth minded. You consider available technologies as tools for solving challenges and are excited to grow skills / knowledge when the situation requires it *Thrives in driving change and thoughtfully challenge the status quo to improve or revolutionize current processes and materials. You stay aware of advances in the technical space and suggest relevant applications for our users and use cases *Is passionate about building world-class solutions and design. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
