Full benefits on day 1 + 401(k) after a month. Customer Solution Center Lead As a Customer Solution Center Lead, you will be responsible for providing direction, coaching and training to the warehouse employees and ensures safety, quality and delivery standards are maintained at all times. The customer solution center lead will facilitate processing incoming stock and materials, picking orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, cutting and slitting belts, and organizing the warehouse. You will report to the Customer Solution Center Manager and be part of the operations team. This position works on a team of about 6 people. Key colleagues include Shipper/Receivers, Cutter/Slitters, and Picker/Packers. In this role, you will be based in Carol Stream, IL, USA.
