The Role: The Atlanta Journal-Constitution's (AJC) mission is to be the most essential and engaging source of news and information for the people of Atlanta, of Georgia, and the South. We are seeking an HR Business Partner Manager that will enable multiple facets of the AJC's talent strategy and directly support the AJC Newsroom to help drive us to realize our full potential and pursue ambitious business goals as one team. This role reports to the Director of People Strategy & Operations and will work in support of the growing and evolving needs of the business along with the current HR Business Partner and Employee Engagement Manager. This role will help execute people and talent strategic priorities, bringing trusted consultation and partnership to our leaders and employees, with a constant eye on organizational effectiveness and operational efficiency. USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
