Work Schedule:

100% FTE, day/evening shift. Rotating hours starting 7-8:00AM through 4:30PM Monday - Friday. Weekend, holiday and standby call rotations required. May include variable shifts of coverage. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Radiologic Technologist Lead - Interventional to:



  • Act as one of the principal radiologic technologists overseeing the technical operations required for the performance of routine and advanced procedures.
  • Perform a variety of complex specialized tasks operating fluoroscopy, computed tomography, and ultrasonography equipment during vascular and neuroradiology angiographic and interventional procedures. Provide patient care within a broad range of health care needs in VIR, Neuro Endovascular procedures and Vascular Surgery.
  • Develop and implement systems to assure the smooth and efficient flow of patients for procedures in Interventional Radiology (IR).
  • Coordinate work assignments; review and update procedure manuals and protocols; assist in staff education, maintain competencies and training; perform proficiency testing; ensure daily quality controls and testing for all equipment.



Qualifications

  • Graduate of a School of Radiologic Technology Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred

Work Experience

  • 2 years of clinical experience Required
  • 3 years of clinical experience Preferred
  • 1 year of clinical experience in a leadership role Preferred

Licenses & Certifications

  • Certification by appropriate body (ARRT) and valid Wisconsin Radiological License - ARRT (R) (VI) or (CV) Upon Hire Required
  • CPR certification within 3 months Required
