Senior Fleet Maintenance Specialist

As a Senior Specialist, Fleet Maintenance at RXO, you will be responsible for ensuring company tractors and trailers are maintained and repaired. Become a part of our growing, dynamic team and we'll help you build a career you can be proud of.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Receive breakdown calls from Drivers and provide advisement of repair facilities to take equipment to
• Daily monitoring of maintenance issues with tractors and trailers to include regular status updates

• Coordinate with repair shops and roadside services to minimize downtime for customer loads and drivers
• Research repair shops and services to coordinate cost effective and timely repairs
• Track, report and relay service information for all preventative maintenance and annual inspections services
• Initiate, audit and sustain all tractor and trailer maintenance files in all necessary systems
• Enter all maintenance invoices in the Transportation Management system

What you'll need to excel:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• 2 years of experience in transportation or a related field

It'd be great if you also have:

• Organized and strong attention to detail

• Strong computer skills and experience in Microsoft Suite with a focus on Excel

Ability to think on your feet and provide creative problem solutions

• Experience in TMW, QualCom and NTTS
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
