Itron's North America Talent Acquisition Team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the entire recruitment process from requisition creation through pre-hire and post-hire activities. In this role you will work in close collaboration with recruiters to ensure a positive candidate experience. We are seeking someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is extremely detailed and organized, and operates with a customer-centric mentality. This position can be located in Liberty Lake, WA or Austin, TX.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and facilitate candidate interviews with hiring teams, partner with recruiters to communicate expectations, and ensure all parties involved have a positive interview experience.
  • Coordinate candidate travel, when necessary. Manage candidate expenses, expense reimbursement process, and purchase order process.
  • Own onsite and virtual experience for candidates. Be the point of contact, keeping interviews on track and creating a stellar candidate experience for prospective talent at every level.
  • Communicates and tracks interview confirmations with the external candidates and Itron hiring partners (via outlook), partnering with the recruiter as needed to ensure interviews are confirmed, or rescheduled in a timely manner.
  • Initiate and monitor timely completion of all onboarding processes through Workday.
  • Proactively works to identify and resolve any candidate pre-employment onboarding issues with recruiters and management as needed to ensure a timely start date.
  • Communicate delays and updates in onboarding process to recruitment team and New Hire. Field and answer New Hire questions and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Monitor applicable "help cases" in Workday directly applicable to recruiting and onboarding.
  • Complete New Hire electronic files by uploading applicable and relevant pre hire documents.
  • Schedule New Hire for New Employee Orientation (NEO).
  • Process New Hire I-9 verification documents using e-verification tool.
  • Manages purchase order and other expense related items associated with Talent Acquisition.
  • Monitor several Outlook inboxes related to HR and Talent Acquisition. Provide timely responses to emails.
  • Assist with other Talent Acquisition and HR related projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
  • Intermediate experience with Outlook calendar management.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong professional written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work tasks.
  • Experience managing competing deadlines and administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Related bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or Marketing is highly preferred.
  • Previous work experience in a recruitment or HR support role.
  • Exposure to applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
  • Exposure to Oracle or similar procurement system.
  • Experience in processing invoices.
The successful candidate's starting hourly rate will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience and may vary by location. The hourly rate range for this role is $15.86-$48.55.
