Top Skills You Should Possess:

• Licensed physical therapist in the state of California
• Strong orthopedic background and experience with repetitive use injuries
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Familiar with EMR
• Bilingual in Spanish a plus
• Excited to be a part of a growing company

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work alongside our rehab team, physicians, nurse practitioners and physician assistants within our clinics along with outside surgeons to provide the best environment for our patients to return to their previous level of function quickly
• Observe patients' movements and concerns
• Develop individualized plans that outline goals and expected outcomes
• Evaluate and record a patient's progress, and modify the plan as needed
• Job duties may change to meet clinic needs
