About the BASES business unit BASES powers our client's innovation, renovation, and brand success strategies. When you join our BASES business unit, you will consult with customers to improve new product outcomes, identify promising ideas, develop compelling consumer propositions, and validate in-market activities. BASES helps clients optimize and prioritize their portfolios through predictive innovation insights & accurate activation forecasting.
