Advantage Resourcing is seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team in Putnam, CT. Pay: $17.05/hr Shift: 1st Shift - Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:15 PM (Occasional Saturday shifts may apply depending on location) Responsibilities: Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move products within the warehouse Check-in inbound products and tag items accordingly Unload trucks and place products in the correct overstock locations Maintain pick locations by organizing products for efficient access Breakdown pallets of returned products, match quantities and descriptions with packing slips Organize orders for efficient picking, pulling, stacking, labeling, and staging of merchandise Perform pre-operation safety inspections of power equipment Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment Work collaboratively with the team and communicate effectively with fellow associates Work at heights up to 30 feet as required What You'll Need: Must be at least 18 years old Reliable attendance is required Flexibility to work Monday - Friday (with occasional Saturday or holiday shifts, depending on business needs) Ability to work additional hours or overtime as needed Team-oriented attitude Previous warehouse equipment experience (forklifts, pallet jacks, cherry pickers, etc.) High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience Why Join Us: We offer weekly pay every Friday via direct deposit or pay card, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, and 401K options.
