Advantage Resourcing is hiring a CNC Machine Operator Trainer for a manufacturing company in Mansura, LA. Join this rapidly growing team with your motivated and can-do attitude. Pay: $13.39 - $18.00/hr. (Depending on experience) . Schedule: 12-hour shifts Responsibilities: Operate CNC, Fusion, and Molding machines and train others as needed. Adjust machines to maintain adherence to established specifications. Monitor production processes and use SPC data to ensure the processes are in control. Perform preventive and basic maintenance on all equipment. Perform other duties as assigned by the shift supervisor. Qualified candidates will have one year of related experience.
